Sparta Networking is looking for Customer Service Associates to support customers by phone with vacation-related questions, available offers, and next steps.

You'll be speaking with customers who have shown interest in travel options and helping them understand what is available. The role involves customer service, follow-up, and helping customers move forward when they find an option that works for them.

Previous travel experience is not necessary. You'll receive paid training before working independently.

Your Day May Include

• Answering customer questions by phone
• Reviewing available vacation offers and package details
• Explaining pricing, dates, and current promotions
• Helping customers understand their available options
• Following up with interested customers
• Updating customer information and call notes
• Assisting with the next step in the reservation process
• Keeping account information complete and accurate
• Providing a positive experience throughout the conversation

Current Schedule Openings

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• Saturday to Tuesday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Saturday and Sunday, part-time, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Who This Could Be a Good Fit For

We're looking for someone who is:

• Clear and professional on the phone
• Comfortable speaking with different types of customers
• Dependable and consistent
• Able to learn new systems
• Accurate with customer information
• Comfortable with follow-up conversations
• Motivated by performance and commission opportunities
• At least 18 years old

Experience in customer service, hospitality, call centers, front desk, reservations, retail, appointment setting, or phone-based work can be helpful, but is not required.
