Animal Care Needed

Peoria family I looking for experienced cat groomer to tackle the following on a quarterly schedule. Here are the details: Siberian female, 10 yo, matted hindquarters, butt, legs. Don't want a lion cut, rather something not so severe. She's triple coated medium long hair. Ragdoll male, 8 yo, matted belly, hindquarters, arm pits, butt. No lion cut. He's long haired. Both need nail trims. Please recommend fur conditioner and/or other way to prevent mats, particularly for the Ragdoll. He mats if you look at him sideways.
