Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Associate Bilingual
Location: Bohemia, NY 11716
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm
Pay: $18.00 per hour

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for manages daily logistics, inventory tracking, and warehouse upkeep across facilities. Key duties involve coordinating daily shipments with customer service (CSR), processing incoming/outgoing freight, maintaining accurate documentation, and handling general facility support tasks.

Shipping Task

• Check ready orders with CSR that are due for daily pickup.
• Consolidate Bills of Lading (BOL), packing lists (PL), and commercial invoices (CI).
• Schedule pickup dates and times with freight forwarders.
• Assist CSR with UPS and FedEx labels and shipping documentation.
• Confirm all daily carrier pickups are complete

Receiving Tasks

• Schedule incoming shipments based on warehouse space and availability.
• Consolidate packing lists and certificates of conformance (COCs) for purchasing inspection.
• Process incoming goods and track partial deliveries via FedEx, UPS, or DHL.
• Select products for quality inspection, release items, and notify production.
• Input incoming materials into inventory tracking lists.
