Job Summary
Are you a pet lover with a passion for customer service? If so, we’d like to hear from you! We are seeking an outgoing and organized individual to be the Front Desk Associate at our hotel. As the Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will greet and check in guests, make reservations, process payments, and generally ensure that our hotel is a welcoming place.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they arrive and depart
- Check-in/ Check out
- Collect and confirm information
- Answer phones
- Schedule, confirm, and cancel reservations
- Process payments
- Other administrative duties, as assigned
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective communication with guests and coworkers
- Comfortable working with a variety of animals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, scheduling software, and other technology
