Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and professional Store Manager to join the team at one of our drop- off and pick-up location. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the store operates smoothly and efficiently while delivering excellent customer service. Successful Store Managers lead by example and uphold the highest standards in customer service. If you’re knowledgeable about store operations and have a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Process customer drop- offs and pick-ups accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer concerns, service issues and special request professionally
- Oversee daily store opening and operational procedures
- Monitor order status and ensure garments are ready for customers within the promised timeframe
- Maintain a clean, organized and professional store environment
- Manage cash register transaction, payments and daily cash reconciliation
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, customer service or store operations
- Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using a computer and point-of-sale system
- Reliable, punctual, professional, and able to work independently
Schedule
We are looking for a full-time store manager with the following schedule.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7am-4:30pm
Tuesday, Thursday 7am - 2pm
