Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Dallas, TX. This full-time, on-site role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales calls, responding to customer inquiries, providing product information, preparing quotes, processing orders, and tracking shipments. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with wholesalers, plumbers, engineers, and other customers while ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction. Candidates should have previous inside sales or customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Experience using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and working in wholesale distribution or related industries is preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and applicants must be dependable, professional, and committed to supporting sales growth through exceptional customer service.

 

Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm

 

Compensation:  $40,000 to $50,000 annually
