Master Data Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst who can help maintain accurate and organized business data. In this role, you will work with teams such as supply chain, procurement, warehouse, and manufacturing to ensure that company information is correct, complete, and up to date.

You will review data, identify errors or duplicate records, correct missing information, and help improve the processes used to manage business data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and maintain business data to ensure it is accurate and up to date.
• Identify and correct duplicate records, missing information, and data entry errors.
• Use Excel to organize, analyze, validate, and report data.
• Enter and update information in business systems such as SAP.
• Work with supply chain planners and other teams to clarify information and resolve data-related issues.
• Ensure data is maintained according to company policies and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality and make processes more efficient.
• Support data analysis and process improvement projects.

Required Skills:

• Strong Excel skills and the ability to work with large amounts of data.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• At least 1 year of experience in supply chain, procurement, warehouse, logistics, customer service, quality assurance, or manufacturing.
• Experience managing or updating data in business systems or analytical applications.
