Concrete Laborer: start ASAP!

HardHat Workforce Solutions is hiring experienced Concrete Laborers for a commercial construction project in Ephrata, Pa

Schedule:
4:00 AM – 12:30 PM

End times may vary depending on concrete pours. Overtime may be required.

Responsibilities:

• Place, pour, and finish concrete in forms.
• Operate screeds, hand tools, and concrete finishing equipment.
• Assist with concrete pours and other crew duties as needed.
• Identify potential issues before concrete is poured.
• Perform physical tasks including: crouching, crawling, climbing occasionally, standing, bending, kneeling and twisting

Requirements:

• Previous concrete construction/finishing experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
