- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the database
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information and transactions
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues
- Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring clear understanding of their needs and providing appropriate solutions
