Bid Coordinator/Construction Project Manager

NOW HIRING: BID COORDINATOR / PROJECT MANAGER

Blade Contracting is a nationwide general contractor specializing in commercial remodels, tenant improvements, rollouts, and maintenance projects for national brands. We’re hiring an organized, dependable person to contact subcontractors and help manage projects from bidding through completion.

Responsibilities

• Call subcontractors to discuss upcoming projects, confirm interest, and request bids.
• Follow up on pricing, availability, schedules, and project progress.
• Locate qualified subcontractors in project markets nationwide.
• Distribute plans, scopes of work, and project information.
• Compare proposals and identify missing scope items.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, superintendents, vendors, and clients.
• Track deadlines, deliveries, and outstanding tasks.
• Maintain accurate contact lists, bid records, and project files.
• Help resolve project issues and keep work moving toward completion.

Qualifications

• Strong phone communication and follow-up skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Comfortable making daily calls and building subcontractor relationships.
• Proficient with email, Microsoft Office, and basic computer programs.
• Construction, estimating, or project management experience preferred.
• Ability to read plans and understand commercial construction scopes preferred.
