Case Manager / Career Counselor - Temp-to-Hire - $20/hr - Bilingual

About the Role:

Help job seekers find employment through career counseling, coaching, and workforce services. You will guide customers with career assessments, resume help, interview prep, and referrals to training and job opportunities.

What You Will Do:

• Provide career assessments and help customers set realistic career goals
• Conduct intake and determine eligibility for grant-funded programs
• Coach customers on resumes, interviewing, and job search strategies
• Share labor market info on pay, qualifications, and industry trends
• Refer customers to training, apprenticeships, and support services
• Manage caseload, enter case notes/service codes into system, and maintain QA compliance
• Submit ITAs and supportive service requests on time

What You Need:

• High School Diploma/GED required, Associate/Bachelor preferred
• Workforce development / case management experience preferred
• Strong customer service, communication, and computer skills
• Valid driver's license and insurance with good driving record
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Work Conditions: Office environment, occasional travel, may need flexible hours. Lifting up to 10 lbs.
