Physical Therapy (PT)

Occupational Therapy (OT)

• What They Do: Teach you how to adapt to physical, cognitive, or sensory challenges. This includes tasks like dressing, cooking, writing, or recommending adaptive equipment and home modifications (like grab bars).
• Education: Typically requires a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
