Quality Control Inspector

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
About the Role:
Temporary Quality Control Inspector supporting the Quality team with inspections of components, subassemblies, and finished medical devices to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections, audits, functional testing, and quality checks
• Review lot history records and Device History Records (DHR)
• Inspect components, subassemblies, finished products, and tools
• Document inspection and testing results following GDP requirements
• Identify quality issues and support corrective actions
• Perform product rework as needed
• Work in a cleanroom environment
• Perform temperature and particle count monitoring
• Complete ERP (QAD) and MES transactions
• Follow SOPs, work instructions, and established quality procedures

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1–5 years of Quality Control experience, preferably in medical device manufacturing
• Experience with measurement instruments and inspection techniques
• Ability to read technical procedures, drawings, and specifications
• Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment
