Utility laborers: Underground labor

HardHat Workforce Solutions is hiring experienced Utility Laborers for underground utility construction projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with underground pipe installation, trenching, and backfilling.
• Locate underground utilities using hand tools and vacuum excavation equipment.
• Assist with trench protection installation.
• Guide dump trucks and assist equipment operators.
• Set up work zones and perform traffic control.
• Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment.

Requirements:

• Previous construction or underground utility experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 20–100 lbs. as required.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to climb in and out of excavations.
• Willingness to work overtime, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• Must be dependable and safety-conscious.
