Job Description

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for a 13-week contract assignment in Leesburg, FL. We are hiring for both full-time and PRN positions on day and night shifts.

Qualified candidates must be committed to providing quality patient care and be available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Requirements

• Current CNA License
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience
• Current BLS Certification
• Current TB Test
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Reliable, professional, and punctual

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and personal care
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Follow safety and infection control protocols
• Work collaboratively with nurses and healthcare team members

Schedule

Full-Time

• Three (3) 12-hour shifts per week
• Day or night shifts available
• Weekend and holiday availability required

PRN

• Flexible scheduling based on facility needs
• Day and night shifts available
• Weekend and holiday availability required
