Job Description

Paramount Home Health Care LLC is looking for a dependable, compassionate, responsible and making a difference home health aide to provide one-on-one total care for a female client in Dade City, Florida.

This is an opportunity for someone seeking a part-time position or additional hours. Female caregivers are encouraged to apply.

Schedule:

Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, & Thursday

10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

5 hours per day | 4 days per week | Approximately 20 hours per week

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

Provide total care to the patient
Follow the patient’s established Plan of Care
Monitor the patient’s condition and maintain a safe environment
Administer medications as ordered and within the applicable scope of practice
Assist with proper positioning and repositioning
Complete all required documentation
Communicate effectively regarding the patient’s care and condition
Dependable, reliable, and punctual
Caring, respectful, compassionate, and responsible
Ability to provide companionship, guidance, and supervision while maintaining a safe and supportive environment
Reliable transportation to and from work
