Manufacturing Coordinator

• Location: Cypress, CA
• Hours: 1st and 2nd shift
• Pay Rate: $20-22/hr

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Coordinator to support daily testing and production activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for coordinating testing schedules, tracking production orders, ensuring tasks are completed on time, maintaining documentation, and supporting workflow throughout the facility.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills who enjoys working with people, technology, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule testing activities.
• Monitor production and testing progress to ensure deadlines are met.
• Track and support completion of 10-20 production orders daily.
• Ensure team members complete assigned tasks on schedule.
• Maintain accurate documentation and production records.
• Enter and update information in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Walk the production floor to gather updates and communicate priorities.
• Report workflow status, issues, and completion metrics to management.
• Assist with process improvements and operational support as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Comfortable learning and using ERP systems (ABAS experience a plus).
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Computer savvy and detail oriented.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing or lab environment.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. and walk throughout the facility.
