ROLE IMPACT
Deliver exceptional customer service to fleet leasing customers and dealerships while managing complex commercial vehicle lease accounts. Serve as the primary point of contact for account servicing, lease modifications, payment inquiries, and end-of-lease transactions. Build strong customer and internal partner relationships while ensuring regulatory compliance, accurate processing, and timely resolution of account issues.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare, review, and process legal documents for lease renewals, rewrites, extensions, payment modifications, collateral substitutions, and account restructures. Audit executed documents for completeness and update portfolio management systems.
• Respond to customer and dealer inquiries through phone, email, mail, and case management systems. Process payoff requests, payment histories, amortization schedules, insurance endorsements, title documents, billing changes, and account updates.
• Manage lease maturity portfolios, contact customers regarding end-of-lease options, including vehicle returns, payoffs, renewals, and rewrites, and ensure timely account resolution before accounts exceed 30 days past maturity.
• Research unapplied payments, coordinate payment posting instructions, facilitate title releases and account dispositions, and partner with internal teams on remarketing and vehicle lease termination processes.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, legal documentation requirements, and financial servicing procedures. Coordinate tax exemption documentation, resolve escalated servicing issues, and minimize operational and financial risk.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years required experience in automotive finance, auto lending, fleet leasing, or commercial vehicle financing, with knowledge of lease servicing, financial documentation, and account management.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
