The position will play a central role in keeping deals organized, coordinating closing activities, and ensuring files are completed accurately from intake through post-closing follow-up.

Responsibilities:
• Support attorneys throughout commercial real estate and lending matters by organizing transaction workflow, maintaining files, and helping move matters forward on schedule.
• Gather, review, and maintain due diligence materials such as entity records, public filings, title-related items, and supporting reports for active transactions.
• Draft, format, and finalize legal correspondence, transaction documents, and complete closing binders with a high level of accuracy and consistency.
• Coordinate closing logistics with lenders, opposing counsel, title representatives, and escrow contacts to help ensure timely execution of loan and real estate transactions.
• Monitor post-closing requirements by tracking recorded instruments, title policies, and other outstanding items until each matter is fully completed.
• Provide day-to-day administrative and project coordination support, including scheduling, document handling, and deadline follow-up for attorneys and transaction teams.
• Maintain organized calendars and assist with filing processes, including electronic document submission and related records management when needed.• At least 2 years of experience supporting commercial loan closings, commercial real estate transactions, loan servicing, or similar transactional legal work.

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and confidence handling document-heavy assignments in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent organizational skills with close attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy across multiple active matters.
• Ability to balance competing deadlines, adjust priorities as needed, and follow transactions through to completion.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for working effectively with attorneys, clients, and third-party contacts.
• Reliable, proactive, and collaborative approach to work, with a willingness to contribute wherever support is needed.
