The facility operates as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) delivering outpatient primary care services to a patient population spanning all ages. The facility maintains established clinical workflows and structured protocols consistent with FQHC standards to support consistent and coordinated care delivery. On-site support staff includes MDs, APPs, RNs, and MAs to facilitate daily clinical operations.

Porterville, located in California's Central Valley, offers clinicians on assignment access to a range of outdoor and recreational activities suited to varied interests. Notable destinations include the Trail of 100 Giants, Lake Success, and accessible hiking trails in the surrounding region. Cultural attractions include the Porterville Historical Museum, housed in a historic Southern Pacific depot, and the area hosts community events such as a local fair. Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) on a day shift basis, Monday through Friday for a 40-hour work week. Clinicians may be asked to cover evening or weekend shifts as needed, with clinical responsibilities encompassing the evaluation and management of typical primary care conditions across all age groups. No call coverage is required for this assignment. On-site support staff includes MDs, APPs, RNs, and MAs to facilitate daily clinical operations.
