Position Overview
Looking for a stable daytime schedule with zero weekend work and a direct path to permanent employment? Join our team inPhoenixas a Warehouse Associate / Record Center Specialist! Offering consistent full-time hours, bi-weekly pay, and long-term stability, this role is perfect for energetic, hands-on workers who enjoy active physical tasks in an organized warehouse environment.
Pay Rate: $19.63/hr.
Duration: 12-months contract (temp to hire opportunity)
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 5 days a week, including a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks.
What you will do
- Utilize handheld RF scanners and internal computer applications to locate, retrieve, track, and log archive boxes, binders, files, and backup media.
- Manually lift, arrange, carry, and stack storage boxes, bins, and totes ranging in weight from 24 lbs to over 100 lbs.
- Safely operate hand carts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks across concrete floors and inclines; build, shrink-wrap, and stage pallets for distribution.
- Read order tickets, verify labels, and process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately to meet daily dispatch schedules.
What we are looking for
- Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull storage boxes weighing up to 100 lbs without assistance on a regular, prolonged basis.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, twisting, and climbing ladders or stairs throughout a 9-hour shift.
- Must possess ASTM F2413-11 compliant protective safety-toe footwear with a slip-resistant rating of "Better" or "Best."
- Strong basic literacy in English to read labels and process system tracking, basic computer skills, and a safety-first mindset.
Work Environment: This is a 100% onsite role inside an active record management facility. Work is physically demanding and involves continuous physical movement, heavy lifting, and material handling aid operations on concrete floors.
Employment Note: This is a temporary/contract engagement focused on immediate operational support; standard corporate health benefits and paid time off are not provided during the initial contract duration.
