✔ Inspect and release finished products for shipment

✔ Approve and release incoming raw materials for production use

✔ Maintain accurate records, files, and quality documentation

✔ Verify inspection and process control results meet specifications

✔ Prepare, operate, and maintain laboratory equipment

✔ Ensure cleanliness and organization of the quality work area

✔ Initiate deviation reports when quality issues arise

✔ Archive batch records and manage retained samples

✔ Collect and enter inspection and production data into computer systems

✔ Perform confirmations and quality transactions within SAP

✔ Support company quality standards and continuous improvement efforts

✔ High School Diploma or GED

✔ Strong attention to detail and accuracy

✔ Basic math skills

✔ Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions

✔ Strong written and verbal communication skills

✔ Ability to accurately document inspection results and quality records

✔ Basic computer skills and data entry experience

✔ Ability to work independently and stay organized

✔ Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic

✅ Enjoys working with quality standards and inspections

✅ Has a keen eye for detail

✅ Works well independently

✅ Comfortable using computers and documenting information

✅ Takes pride in producing accurate work
