This small rural facility provides diagnostic radiology services and is seeking locum tenens assistance to support its imaging program. The facility utilizes NovaRad imaging equipment and Fluency dictation software to support accurate and timely diagnostic report generation. Coverage is needed on a sporadic basis to address radiology staffing needs across inpatient and emergency room service lines.

The area surrounding this assignment offers clinicians access to a range of cultural and recreational attractions suited to varied interests. Landmarks such as Wrigley Field, the Willis Tower Glass Platform, and Millennium Park, which spans 24.5 acres and features public art installations, are among the notable destinations accessible from the region. Cultural institutions including the Shedd Aquarium, Adler Planetarium, and the Museum of Science and Industry complement lakefront recreation, architecture tours, and dining options. The surrounding suburbs also feature apple orchards and corn mazes, including one that is recognized as among the largest of its kind, located within approximately one hour of the metropolitan center.

The diagnostic radiologist will provide on-site general diagnostic imaging interpretation services during day and night shift hours, covering inpatient and emergency room service lines. Primary responsibilities include reading diagnostic cases throughout the day in accordance with established facility protocols. Clinicians will utilize NovaRad for imaging workflow and Fluency for dictation. No call responsibilities are associated with this position.
