Director of Finance

We're partnering with a mission-driven organization to identify a Director of Finance to lead financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, compliance, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Oversee accounting operations, audits, and internal controls
• Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives
• Manage cash flow, financial analysis, and board reporting
• Develop and mentor accounting and finance staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience
• Prior leadership experience managing teams
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, budgeting, and financial reporting
• CPA preferred

• 10+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience, including leadership responsibility within a corporate finance environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in annual budgeting, forecasting, and managing complex budget processes.
• Strong experience overseeing month-end close and producing accurate financial reporting.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain cash flow forecasts and support treasury-related planning.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial results and communicate recommendations clearly.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, and financial management best practices.
• Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills with experience partnering with executive stakeholders.
