Warehouse Collation Associate - Order Assembly

We're hiring Collation Associates in Sunnyvale, TX! Earn $18.50 per hour organizing, matching, and assembling merchandise for accurate order fulfillment.

• Compensation: $18.50 per hour

• Job Site Location: Sunnyvale, TX

• Work Schedule: MondayFriday

  • 2nd Shift: 1:00 PM9:00 PM

  • 3rd Shift: 9:00 PM5:00 AM

  • Must be available for overtime and weekends as needed.

• Job Type: Temporary

• Follow established collation procedures and quality standards.

• Organize materials to maintain efficient workflow.

• Maintain a clean and safe work area while meeting productivity expectations.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step instructions.

• Ability to accurately match products and verify quantities.

• Basic counting and organizational skills.

• Ability to perform repetitive sorting, assembly, and merchandise handling tasks.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Dependable attendance and ability to meet productivity expectations.

• Availability for assigned shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in warehouse collation, kitting, order assembly, or fulfillment.

• Experience in sorting, packing, inventory handling, or product inspection.

• Familiarity with order picking instructions or product identification systems.

• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience.

Our client supports the sports merchandise and licensed apparel industry through warehouse and order fulfillment operations. Its distribution processes involve organizing and preparing products accurately for shipment. Collation associates help ensure merchandise is grouped correctly and ready for subsequent processing.
