A leading pharmaceutical company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Nursing Scheduler to join the team. The Nursing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating visits and schedules of staff. You are applying through Express Employment Professionals, an award-winning Staffing Firm. 

Nursing Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Scheduling for the nursing team and verifying insurance and authorization.
• Review patient information and confirming pharmaceutical information. 
• Accurate data entry and confirmation.
• Offer administrative support based on operational needs.

Nursing Coordinator Requirements:

• Medical experience and terminology minimum of 2 years required.
• Good customer service experience and ability to speak with patients. 
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience using EMR Software.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and teams
• Bilingual, English and Spanish
