Home Health Aide Needed

Our adult son with autism is working at a local farm in Aldie- the job coaches have taught him the jobs and want to fade their presence now. We are looking for someone to monitor him at the job site and guide him when needed- 3 hrs shifts for 3 days a week for a total of 9 hrs per week- the employer is flexible with timings and days. This would be a perfect position for stay at home moms, retired professionals, college students etc.. prior experience working with neurodivergent individuals is preferred but not required. Training will be provided. Looking to get started ASAP. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker.
