Nanny Needed

We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child in Baltimore. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is CPR certified and who has college degree. My son is 8 months old. He does cry a little bit. He gets 6 ounces of formula and the rest is baby food. He loves Ms. Rachel so that show calms him down.
