Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Employment: Full-Time
Pay: $17.00–$18.50 per hour

About the Position

As our Cashier & Guest Experience Associate, you'll be one of the first faces our customers see and an important part of what makes Healthy Fresh special.

You'll work closely with our General Manager, helping create a welcoming atmosphere, keeping daily operations running smoothly, and supporting the team wherever needed.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys hospitality, takes initiative, and wants to develop the skills to potentially move into restaurant leadership.

What You'll Be Doing

Creating Wonderful Guest Experiences

• Welcome every guest with genuine warmth, enthusiasm, and a smile.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
• Answer menu questions and help customers find something they'll enjoy.
• Handle payments, customer requests, and concerns professionally.
• Build relationships with regular customers and make Healthy Fresh a place people love returning to.

Supporting Daily Restaurant Operations

• Assist with opening procedures and preparing the restaurant for the day.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house environment.
• Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate orders and efficient service.
• Work alongside the General Manager to support daily operations and team coordination.
• Recognize what needs attention and take initiative without waiting to be asked.
• Learn restaurant procedures, quality standards, and operational responsibilities.

Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are highly preferred and a major advantage for this position.

Previous cashier, restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience is preferred. A strong work ethic, great attitude, and willingness to learn are essential.
