Residential Behavioral Health | Wellness Ranch | Franklin, KY Full-Time & PRN | Day, Swing & Night Shifts $28–$34/hour, based on experience
Additional $2.00/hour for Night Shift Differential
$500 Sign-On Bonus – Paid after six months of employment, contingent upon satisfactory job performance.

Help people in early recovery stay safe and on track. You'll provide hands-on nursing care to clients in residential treatment, working alongside medical and behavioral health professionals.

What you'll do
- Assess new admissions and monitor client health
- Watch for withdrawal symptoms
- Administer medications and keep accurate records
- Respond to medical concerns and emergencies
- Educate clients on medications and recovery
- Work with the treatment team on care plans
What you'll bring
- Active Kentucky LPN license or multistate (compact) LPN license
- CPR/First Aid or BLS certification
- Behavioral health, detox, or SUD experience preferred; related healthcare experience considered
- Safe medication administration skills
- Strong communication and teamwork
Screenings Employment is contingent on successful completion of required screenings, which may include:
- Background check
- Drug screening
