Job Description
Welcome to the Bodega!
Big Bodegas Cards, founded by NBA Champion Karl-Anthony Towns, is a dynamic and exciting trading-card company bringing the culture and energy of the Bodega straight to the hobby world. We are building a loyal community of collectors who love our authentic vibe, exciting breaks, and passion for the hobby.
Join a team that's growing fast and making noise in the card game — this isn't just a job, it's an opportunity to be a part of something great at the highest level. If you want to help shape a brand from the ground up instead of maintaining someone else's, pull up a chair.
The role
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide top-tier support to our Chief Revenue Officer, plus light administrative support to our CFO and our Principal Owner. This role keeps our leadership running at full speed and helps breaking operations run smoothly, handling both day-to-day logistics and more strategic work like reporting, action tracking, and follow-ups.
You’ll take coordination, follow-up, planning, logistics, and business loose ends off the CRO’s plate so he can stay focused on revenue, growth, and commercial leadership, while helping build a more organized, positive, high-morale workplace.

- A challenging, high-visibility role in a fast-growing business
- A hybrid schedule at our waterfront office in Jersey City: real time with the team and close to the action, balanced with a focused day at home
- Annual Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000 plus annual bonus
