Assistant Escrow Officer/Escrow Officer

We are looking for an Assistant Escrow Officer/Escrow Officer for our Payson location. Are you currently someone's right hand and looking for an opportunity to grow? Are you an escrow officer that is looking for a collaborative, fun environment with a company who recognizes and rewards hard work? 

The perfect candidate for this role will possess the following attributes:

• 3+ years experience in escrow
• Proven track record of exceptional technical skills
• A high standard of customer service and the ability to sell from behind the desk
• Self starter
• Team Player who wants to provide input that we will be heard and valued.

Responsibilities

• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work a file from beginning to end
• Strong knowledge of escrow process, title process
• The ability to adapt and comply with company policies and procedures
• Comply with all terms and conditions of the Purchase Contract.
• Comply with all state and federal laws
• Prepare accurate settlement statements.
• Approve disbursement of funds
• Communicate with all persons involved in an escrow transaction and co-workers in an effective manner.

Experience with Qualia is a strong plus.
