Full-Time | SLP at Phoenix Upper Campus
Location: 4125 N. 14th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85014
Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite | Monday-Friday, 37.5hrs per week

• They don't accept contracted staff who have previously been directly employed.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to middle school students.
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in IEP meetings and support student communication success.

Required Qualifications

• Active Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist License/Certification.
• Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
