Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Dearborn, MI | Up to $70/Hour

Navra Education is seeking a qualified and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school-based team in Dearborn, Michigan, for the 2026–2027 school year.

Position Details

• Location: Dearborn, MI

• Position: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist

• School Year: 2026–2027

• Compensation: Up to $70 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, during school hours

• Setting: In-person, school-based position

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments to identify student needs.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals.

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students with diverse communication challenges.

• Address articulation, receptive and expressive language, fluency, and social communication needs.

• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, school psychologists, and families to support student progress.

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute recommendations for individualized student support.

• Monitor student progress, collect data, and maintain accurate therapy documentation.

• Provide consultation and strategies to help students strengthen communication skills in the classroom.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.

• Active Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for appropriate Michigan school-based credentials.

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.

• Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred.

• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.

• Ability to manage a caseload and provide individualized services to students with varying needs.
