🔧 WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• MIG production welding in fixtures and weld stations
• Reading blueprints and weld symbols
• Setting up and adjusting welding machines
• Working with heavy-gauge steel materials
• Inspecting weld quality and ensuring production standards
• Grinding and finishing weldments
• Producing parts used in mining, oil & gas, and generator systems

🎯 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

MIG Welding Experience

Ability to Set Up Your Own Welder

Blueprint Reading Experience

Knowledge of Weld Quality Standards

Experience in Manufacturing or Production Environments

Strong Work Ethic and Attention to Detail

Bonus Points If You Have: Fixture Welding Experience

Layout Welding Experience

AWS Welding Knowledge

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
