Companion Care Needed

Seeking companion care near Winston for my grandparents in their 90s. Grama was recently diagnosed with dementia. Grampa probably has it, but refused to go to doctor so we don't have a diagnose. Assistance with medication is needed (basically tracking if she took it) . We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping but we will hire a regular cleaner. We'll need you to help groceries or errands when appropriate, but we also plan to do food delivery and will be nearby. Preferences for a caregiver who is comfortable with pets (they have 1 little dog).
