Warm, nurturing, patient, and genuinely enjoys spending time with little ones Comfortable managing nap schedules, feeding needs, and developmental stages Engaging and proactive about age-appropriate activities, outdoor time, reading, music, and play Dependable, communicative, and organized Flexible and able to adapt when the day doesn't go exactly as planned CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to become certified) Comfortable communicating and coordinating
