America’s Service Line is hiring CDL A OTR Reefer Drivers in Green Bay, WI. Drivers will be hauling refrigerated freight with a driver first company that delivers consistent pay, premium equipment, and real support. Compensation

• Average annual pay: $88,000
  • Paid 67 CPM
  • Average miles weekly: 2,800
  • All miles paid, loaded & unloaded
• Guaranteed weekly pay: $1,400 (must be available for dispatch Sunday through Sunday to qualify)
• Additional pay:
  • Additional 2 CPM hauling in East Coast States (CT, DC, DE, MA, MD, ME, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, VA, VT)
  • Detention pay: $25/hr
  • Per diem pay: $80
  • Breakdown pay, Layover pay, Extended delivery pay, Stop pay
• Bonuses:
  • $750 Quarterly safety, performance, & inspection bonus
  • $50 Clean inspection bonus
  • $5,000 Referral bonus
• Paid via direct deposit weekly

Home Time, Route, & Schedule

• Home time: Day and a half at home for each week out
• Schedule: Out for 1 - 4 weeks at a time, dependent on home location
• Route: Eastern half of the US, no further west than Denver, CO
• Level of Touch: No touch freight

Equipment

• 2023 & newer Freightliner & Kenworth trucks
• Automatic transmission
• Amenities: APUs, inverters, refrigerators, free SiriusXM radio
• Governed speed: 65 mph on the pedal, 68 mph on cruise
• Outward facing cameras
• ELD equipped using Samsara system

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age  
• Must have CDL A license 
• Must have a minimum of 9 months verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer interstate driving experience
• No DUI/DWIs in the past 5 years 
• No major moving violations in the past 3 years
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations 
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen & background check
