About the Role:
Lincoln Ob-Gyn PC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our women's health team in Lincoln, NE. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients every day in a supportive and specialized clinical environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist OB-GYN physicians and providers with patient examinations and clinical procedures
• Room patients, obtain vital signs, and document accurate medical histories in the EMR
• Prepare and maintain exam rooms, ensuring proper sterilization and supply stocking
• Administer medications and injections as directed by the provider
• Perform phlebotomy, specimen collection, and routine lab processing
• Manage patient communications including scheduling, referrals, and follow-up calls
• Support front and back office workflows to ensure smooth patient flow

Requirements:

• Active Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification required
• Previous clinical experience in an OB-GYN, women's health, or primary care setting preferred, but willing to train
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Strong phlebotomy and clinical skills
• Excellent communication and patient-centered bedside manner
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
• CPR/BLS certification preferred
