Probate Attorney

Job Description
A nationally recognized and established law firm is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Probate Attorney to join its Miami, Florida office. This is an in-office position supporting a well-established probate practice and serving a diverse client base.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of probate and estate administration matters.

• Advise and communicate with clients, including Spanish-speaking clients.

• Prepare and review probate-related pleadings and filings.

• Manage cases independently while collaborating with attorneys and staff.

• Maintain consistent client communication and case progress.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar membership (required)

• Experience in probate and estate administration

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)

• Strong organizational, communication, and client service skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $100-120K (negotiable)

• Bonus: 5-10% on each case (depending on level of exp)
