Millwright/Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Millwright/Maintenance Technician to join our team in Bessemer, MI. • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.
• Install, align, and dismantle machinery as needed.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot problems effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist in the training of junior technicians and apprentices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Millwright or Maintenance Technician.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
