Builder Foreman

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Builder Foreman to join our team in Walled Lake, MI. As a Builder Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. • Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site.
• Manage and lead a team of construction workers, providing guidance and support.
• Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to meet project deadlines.
• Conduct regular inspections of work to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and labor hours.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on the job site promptly.
• Provide training and mentorship to new team members.

• Proven experience as a Builder Foreman or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in construction management are a plus.
