About the Role

First Choice Dental Center in Louisville, KY is hiring a full-time Expanded Duties Dental Assistant to join our team. This role combines chairside care with cross-training in both the front and back office, giving you a broad view of how the practice runs day to day.

What You'll Do

• Assist with patient care in the back office as an expanded duties dental assistant
• Perform coronal polishing
• Take digital X-rays
• Provide cross-trained support across front and back office functions
• Communicate with Spanish-speaking patients in their preferred language

What We're Looking For

• Experience or training as an expanded duties dental assistant, including coronal polishing and digital X-rays
• Bilingual ability in English and Spanish
• Willingness to be cross-trained in front and back office duties
• New graduates are welcome to apply

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $20-$35 per hour
