We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team in Holland, United States. As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, ensuring that packages and products reach our customers safely, on time, and with a smile. • Safely operate your personal vehicle to deliver packages and products to customers following all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and minimize delivery times
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers professionally, answering questions, and addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, timestamps, and any special delivery instruction.
• Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding route changes, delays, or customer concerns.
• Assist with in-store tasks between deliveries, including organizing inventory and preparing shipments
• Represent our organization with integrity, professionalism, and a positive attitude in all customer interactions

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable personal vehicle with current insurance coverage
• Working smartphone with data capability for GPS and communication
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and load packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with GPS navigation and mobile delivery applications
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and demonstrated reliability
• Ability to work independently while maintaining collaborative relationships with team members
