Contract Maintenance Technician

Overview:

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills to maintain and repair industrial manufacturing equipment. This position is located near the McComb area and are looking for people to add to the team!

Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience working on industrial machinery and equipment.
• Ability to troubleshootelectrical systems usingamultimeter, schematics, and wiringdiagrams.
• Have past experience with three-phase motors, sensors, pumps, PLCI/O, conveyors, bearings, and liftsystems.
• Ability to worksafely and effectivelyin ahot, dirty, fast-paced industrial manufacturingenvironment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on corrugators, printing presses, conveyors, stackers, and other box-making equipment.
• Troubleshoot electricalsystems up to480V, including motors, sensors, pumps, wiring, andPLC I/Osignals.
• Repair and maintainchains, belts, drives, bearings, rollers, couplings, pumps, seals, andvalves, including alignment ofrollers and liftsystems.
• Being able to perform both preventative and reactive maintenance.
