Bi-Lingual Training Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Bi-Lingual Training Coordinator (Manufacturing) to join our team in Madison, IN. As a key player in our manufacturing facility, you will facilitate training programs in both English and Spanish, ensuring all team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary for success.

## Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs focused on production optimization and efficiency.

• Coordinate and schedule training sessions for staff in both English and Spanish.

• Monitor and assess training effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.

• Collaborate with production management to identify training needs and areas for improvement.

• Maintain training records and documentation in compliance with company policies.

• Facilitate workshops and hands-on training sessions to enhance team skills.

• Serve as a liaison between English and Spanish-speaking employees to foster a cohesive work environment.

  Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills in both languages.

• Proven experience in production optimization and production planning & scheduling.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

• Ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of employees.

• Proficient in using training software and tools.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
