About the Role:
Desert Elite Electric & Construction, Inc is looking for a driven and detail-oriented In-Office Construction Operations & Project Coordinator to join our growing team in Indio, CA. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day construction and electrical project operations to ensure timelines and budgets are met
• Serve as a central point of communication between field crews, project managers, subcontractors, and clients
• Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables using project management tools
• Assist with procurement, material ordering, and vendor coordination
• Prepare and manage project documentation including contracts, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
• Monitor job site progress and report updates to leadership and stakeholders
• Support permitting, inspections, and compliance with local building and electrical codes

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in construction project coordination, operations, or a related role
• Familiarity with electrical or general construction processes and terminology
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, or electrical drawings is a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
