Shipping Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping Coordinator to join our team in Salina, KS. As a Shipping Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are shipped efficiently and accurately. You will work closely with various departments to manage shipping schedules, coordinate logistics, and maintain inventory levels. • Coordinate and oversee daily shipping operations to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs paperwork.
• Communicate with carriers and freight forwarders to schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock availability.
• Resolve shipping discrepancies and address customer inquiries regarding shipments.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking information and delivery confirmations.
• Assist in optimizing shipping processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in logistics or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in shipping, logistics, or a related role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and shipping software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of shipping regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
