B2B Sales Executive / Scent Consultant

Compensation: $60,000 Base Salary + Commission

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, personable, and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to grow our business accounts. This role focuses on identifying opportunities, building relationships, guiding clients through our fragrance offerings, and closing sales.

The ideal candidate is comfortable prospecting, presenting to decision-makers, and managing the sales process from initial outreach through a successful handoff to our project management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry events.
  
  
• Build relationships with hotels, restaurants, retailers, offices, wellness businesses, and corporate clients.
  
  
• Lead consultations to understand each client’s brand, needs, and budget.
  
  
• Present custom scent, private label, corporate gifting, commercial diffuser, and fragrance experience offerings.
  
  
• Prepare proposals, follow up consistently, and close new accounts.
  
  
• Maintain accurate contact information, sales activity, and pipeline updates in our CRM.
  
  
• Grow existing accounts through reorders and additional product categories.
  
  
• Coordinate with project management and operations to ensure a clear handoff of client requirements.
  
  
• Report on pipeline activity, account opportunities, and progress toward sales goals.
  
  
• Represent CRAV Co. professionally at client meetings and networking events throughout DFW.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role.
  
  
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  
  
• Confidence initiating outreach, identifying opportunities, and closing business.
  
  
• Excellent organization and consistent follow-through.
  
  
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
  
  
• Comfortable using CRM software to manage leads and sales activity.
  
  
• Interest in fragrance, luxury products, hospitality, or brand experiences.
  
  
• Ability to travel locally throughout Dallas–Fort Worth for meetings and events.
  
  

Compensation and Commission

• $60,000 annual base salary.
  
  
• 10% commission on personally originated and closed new accounts.
