ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in December 2010 after previously working in real estate investment trusts. Outside of the office, I’m a proud husband and father of five. I enjoy golfing, fishing, sports, volunteering, and spending time with my family.

Giving back is an important part of my life. I’m involved in disaster relief efforts through my church and enjoy finding opportunities to stay active and make a difference throughout our local community.

Our agency offers paid time off, paid holidays, flexible time, and reimbursement for licensing costs. We also like to add some extra perks to make the office an enjoyable place to be, including a fully stocked refrigerator with drinks and snacks and your birthday off each year.

Our culture is all about working hard while having fun along the way. We’ve created a positive environment where people can enjoy coming to work, support one another, and still stay focused on achieving great results. I’m looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, takes initiative, and has the drive to be a go-getter. Just as importantly, we want someone with genuine empathy who cares about the people they work with and the customers they serve.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Associate for Scott Robinson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
